Chicken weed.Scutch grass and chicken weed is found growing in potatoes. The dock-leaf and the thistle are found in the oats and the bóthalán and fuarán grow in meadow-lands. Chicken weed also grows in mangles and turnips. Bráiste is also another weed that grows in oats.Clúghan and firbán grow in potatoes.Robin-run-the-hedge is another weed that grows along the hedge and it is a cure for sore eyes.Chicken weed is a cure for sore eyes.Fuarán is a cure for cow-pocks if it is boiled and the juice applied to the cow-pocks.
