    A man named Walsh was fishing in the Moy....

    herrings and it disappeared. He threw down the rest of the herrings at last saying "Here's all to you take them." The fairy man then told him to go out at a certain time the following night and he would get herrings go leor. Although the crew had arranged to stop fishing he went out, they got so many herrings they had to call help from another boat to carry them ashore. No other boat got fish but himself.
