    Being careful not to allow any raw lime stone between the turf and the side of the kiln. Then place another layer of turf over them stones and so on until the kiln is filled. Then put the kindling in through this gullet.
    When the kiln is well on fire at the bottom. Then close up the gullet under neath. As your kiln is burning well. Its slackening down you keep filling in
