  1. We have two cows. A red and a black. We milk them twice a day. In the morning and in the evening. We get the full of a can and the full of a small can of milk. They eat oats, grass, hay, turnips, potatoes and meal.
    They are out in the Summer. But in Winter they are kept in the stable. We bed them with straw and old hay. We tie them with a chain to the manger.
    When we are going to bed, My father fills the manger with hay. Then he gets a bucket and cuts up potatoes or turnips. Then he puts meal on it and
