    time, some boys go to spear eels, which are to be found in most rivers. They team all the water out of the eelholes and they then spear the eels with a hook. They also make cages to catch birds which are called bird cradles, and they often set wire snares to catch rabbits.
    They place the snare near a rabbit's burrow. When the rabbit comes out he runs through the snare but it tightens on his neck on his neck and chokes him.
