  2. In my father's land there is a field which in olden times was owned by a man who came from a foreign land and built an old log cabin on it. He never spoke to anybody and he always travelled by night. The people said he did harm in his own country and fled out of danger. He kept a cow and an ass. He sowed corn and made his own meal and flour. He was called Jack and the hill is now called Jacks hill.
This field is owned by Michael Tully, Raherolish, Kilmovee, B'Derreen.
