With me they lived in quiet content
    Both young and old agree.
I never pressed them for the rents
as they all right well could see.
    But nevertheless some are gone
    Far from there native home
From the cruel band of Tyranny.
    In Exile they must roam.
    Some are in British Dungeons.
    Some fighting boldly still.
    With faith in the almighty.

and bring them back the man again
    Who kept them from woe.
