The kind of a churn we have is one with beaters and twisted by handle. It is a ten gallon churn. We make a churn twice every week. It takes twenty five minutes or a half an hour to make butter with our churn. We make bread with the buttermilk and we give some of it to the pigs. The churn we had before this one was a dash-churn but the (?) of it is broken and we have the dash part of it yet.Bernie HughesJMcC9
