Local Cures In a certain grave yard there is a stone and a round hole in the centre of it. This little hole is filled with water Winter and Summer. There is a cure in this water for warts. This little hole has a good deal of pins in it. When people go to it to get cured they have to drop in a pin and take out another rusty one in its place and also a little drop of water and rub the water on the warts three times with the pin in honour of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost. In Kilbarry graveyard there's a little house. It was built by St. Barry himself, and when he built it he blessed it. In olden times if a person got insane their people brought them to this house and brought a bed also and if the insane person slept in that house during the night he would be cured.Sarah Goldberg
