In olden times our ancestors used different kinds of bread. They made hard oaten-meal griddle-bread (from) made from water and their home grown oaten meal. And this kind of bread must be good for our ancestors because they lived a long time. The bread we use to day is of a different kind such as soda cake loaf bread, wheaten bread, and potato squares.
