  1. Monument
    There is a fine old monument still standing in the ruined church of Grange, Kilmore, erected to the memory of the families of Whitty of Ballytiegue, and Devereux of Ballymager. There is a Latin inscription on the large slab resting on the base over this are sculpted the arms and crests of both families.
    This church was destroyed bu Cromwells' soldiers on their march to New Ross.
