  1. There was a Church in Kilcorney and there were three priest ordained there. It was Bishop Falon that ordained them. There was a goal in Kilcorney about seventy years years ago. It was Kilfenora and Ballyvaughan that were playing. When the goal started they began to fight and there were some of the people were nearly killed when the fight was over. It was the women that started the fight.
