  1. There is a well in Tarmon about the size of a horses hoof. Some people bring water out of it for their eyes. There is a well in Coisceim. It is a cure for sore eyes. One day a woman bought water from the well to boil potatoes but it would not boil them so she had to bring the water back again. There is another well in Glan Slaoid and it is a cure for a tooth ache. It is a very small well. Some people go there it is about five miles from this school. There is another well in Tarmon near a graveyard. It is a big well and some people go there and do as many rounds as they like. They nearly always leave something after them.
