There are two sorts of churns.A barrel churn and a dash churn.Barrel churns are most used here a round.If a person came in to a house when the woman of the house would be making the Churn and if they did not take a start of it they would take the butter.How butter is made.First of all the churn is washed with hot water .It is left a few minutes until the churn is cold.The cream is put into the churn then .I It is made,When it is made it is washed a few(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)- Bailitheoir
