- Long ago the people had no doctors. They cured all diseases with a homemade cure. If they happened to get a cut in their finger they would go to the nearest out-house for a cobweb and that would be rolled around the finger for a day or two. If they got a sore in the nail of the finger a dogleaf was the cure for it. They pressed it out and then rolled it around the finger. The cure they had(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
