    Food
Long ago people ate but two meals in the day. It was nearly all potatoes that were used then. They worked before their breakfast every morning. They ate porridge for their supper. There was no white bread used then, it was all wheaten bread. It was all milk that was drank for there was no tea. They drank the milk out of timber cups. They ate but very little meat at that time.
