  1. Long ago people used to make bread with rye because there was not to be any flour that time they used to make boxty cake. The way they made boxty cake is they peeled the skin of raw potatoes and the scrape it on a grater and then put it in a cloth and squeezed it and then put it on a dish and make it. They used to make potato cake long ago but the people make it nowadays.
