    There was once a man ploughing in a certain gardan in Aran and he ploughed up a pot of gold.

    There was once a man plouging in a certain gardan in Aran and he ploughed up a pot of gold. When he found it, he ran home and told his wife but when he looked into the pot again the gold was gone. The night before he got the gold a man came to his bedroom window and told him of his luck, but he did not thank the person who fortold his fortune, and for that reson he got nothing.
