  1. Pen Picture
    By the roadside sat an old feeble man. His face was old, wrinkled and weather beaten from its exposure to the winds and rain of many years. He wore a battered tall hat which might once have belonged to a bishop. His clothes did not belong to any one man at any one time but were picked up a garment here and a garment there. He had an old frock coat which perhaps belonged to a priest and which was faded to green.
    He wore an old tattered trousers which was too long for him and hung in folds around his ankles. He had an old pair of boots which were not comrades one being brown
