Ar an leathanach seo
- There used to be water-horses in Ballinlough lake. Some of them used to be black and white and others used to be red and white. They would come out on the grass eating, late in the evening, and some of them used to come up to the river.
One evening about forty years ago Auston Mullolland saw a red and white water-horse beside the lake. When the water-horse saw him coming he rushed at him but Austin picked up a big stone and hit him on the head and knocked him on the ground but he jumped up as quickly as a flash of lighting. Austin threw another stone and it went about an inch from his head. Then he picked up a third stone and threw it at him(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
