  1. There are many signs of bad and good weather. For instance when dark clouds appear in the sky it a sign of bad rainy weather. A Rainbow sometimes gives warning of rain also, because the old proverb says "A Rainbow in the morning is the sign of warning. A Rainbow at night is the shepherd's delight."
    If there are red clouds in the sky when the the sun is rising it is a sign of rain. When the weather is going to be fine the sky becomes clear and blue, without a cloud to be seen. When the sun is red when setting and where the stars shoot across the sky they are sure signs of rain. The following are signs of rain
    Loud quack the ducks, the pea-cocks cry.
