Ar an leathanach seo

  1. The wild birds that are most commonly found in the district are the magpie, the blackbird the crow the pidgeon and the starling and the sparrow. The birds that migrate are the cuckoo the corncrake and the swallow. The swallow comes for the warm weather and goes away for the cold weather. The cuckoo comes in April and she sings during the month of May and June and she flies away in July. The corncrake comes the same time as the cuckoo but she does not go away the same time as her. She goes away in Autumn. Each bird build a nest to fit its own size and taste.
    The blackbird builds a very big nest. The nest is made of hay and clay. She builds her nest in bushes and in hedges. She lays four eggs. The eggs are blue and are spotted with brown.
    The crow builds on the top of high trees. Its nest is made of sticks and
