Long ago, the people had great superstitions about making butter. They say that long ago at dark in the morning they used to come out, go into another man's land, bring a white towel, go along the field where the cows used to be feeding and gather the dew off the grass. They used to bring home the towel then and squeeze it into their churns of butter. The person from whom the dew would be taken off his land like that could not make any butter.- Bailitheoir
