Cart-wheels are made in my district. A carpenter gets a big log of a seasoned oak tree. He saws it and makes six fellows. He makes twelve spokes. He gets a big piece of timber and puts the twelve spokes into it. He puts the fellows in the spokes. The tools he uses in this work are:- sledge, saw, spokeshave, small hatchet, plane, and hammer
