Ar an leathanach seo

  1. One Xmas Eve, a man from Cross was going home from a neighbour's house in Clonmacmara where I live and he saw a big black dog sitting up high in an oak tree.
He stopped to look at the dog and it spitted and snarled at him.
The man took to his heels and before he was gone 100 yards, the tree fell with a loud crash but the dog remained in it as the man saw, when he returned.
The dog followed the man as he went on his road home but when it saw the light it disappeared.
The man died in a few days and the neighbours say that the devil took the shape of the dog and that it was he was really there and not a dog at all.
