    Prehistoric Monuments
    (2) Leabaid Grainne.
    This is the remains of a dolmen and is situated in the townland of Raffoney in the corner of a field belonging to Mea Mary O'Farrelly of that townland.
    At present it is merely a mound with a number of apparently large sunken stones which project slightly over the surface of the clay. It is generally referred to locally as Leabaid Grainne.

    There are at least three places bearing this name in the Parish and are considered to be old disused burial places.

    (Mr. Charles Farrelly's farm)
    (2) Cornakill
    (Mr. John Sheridan's Farm)

    (Mr. Michael Gibney's farm)
    "Carnbawn" - an old disused burial place in "Killater".
