- There is scarcely two townlands in the world having the same name.My townland is Drumlion, it is in the parish of Ballintemple and in the barony of Clonmahon.There are eleven houses in this townland and most of them are slated.There are fifty people in it. Long ago many other people were in it, but they all went to America, with the exception of a few that died. Their houses have all fallen and nothing is left except ruins.A large stream runs through it, this stream seperates two townlands, the townland of Urney and the townland of Drumlion, from each other, and also it seperates the parish of(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
