    Animal Cures.
    Blains
    The cure for blains is to bleed the animal
    Black Leg.
    The cure for black leg is to put a piece of copper wire through the animal's leg.
    Blood-murrain
    The cure for the blood-murrain is to keep the animal in, and give him medicine.
    Reelers
    The cure for reelers is to cut a piece off the animal's tail.
    Stomach ache.
    The cure for stomach ache is to give the animal hot buttermilk and soda.
    Ring -worm.
    The cure for the ring worm is to rub black polish on it and when it is dry to rub unsalted butter on it.
    The "Hooves".
    The cure for "hooves" is to keep the animal in a house and give him cabbage water.
