  1. One night James Cooney Salaghan and Frank Masterson Knockaughy, were coming from a dance. Frank stepped in off the road to his own pass which was the nearest way to his home. When he stepped in on the pass he called James and said "I am after losing the heel of my shoe." James went in to the pass, and both of them cracked matches for 30 minutes looking for the heel and James rubbed his hand on the place where the heel was off and no heel was there.
Frank went home without the heel, and next morning he got up early to go to look for the heel and when he took the shoe in his hand to put it on the shoe was the same as the day before with the heel on it.
