  1. The harmful weeds that are on the farm are as follows nettles, thistles, docks, deaf-nettle, red-shank, crowfoot, chicken weed, robin-run-the-hedge, harens and dandelions. Those weeds are harmful because they spread rapidly and kill the crops. They also use up all the plant - nourishment in the soil.
    Those weeds grow best in good land and grow mostly in potatoes. The people use some of those weeds for food for animals. The following are a list of the weeds given to animals for food ivoy, holly, horns, dandelion, and chicken-weed. Some of those weeds are given to the animal when sick as follows ivoy, dandelion, and holly.
