Commanding Cavan Road,
The Billis orange Lodge has stood
Some sixty summers old.

And from these sacred precints, that Mrs Dunlop ordained,
Its faith and politics has well
To all the world proclaimed.

It tells how good King William fought,
For freedom, truth, and right:
And 'Prentice Boys of derry barred
Their gates that wintery night.

It does not speak oppression, for
Even the Pope had said,
All hail the Prince of Orange" when
King James to Dublin sped.

Then courage, brothers, closer stand,
Though things seem sometimes queer:
Hold fast the Orange principles,
To God and Victory steer.
