    Once upon a time when they were fighting in Glenmalure a man by the name of Michael Dwyer made a cave a little bit away from the glen and he hid in it while they were fighting. It is a big black cave and he was supposed to have hidden a lot his things in it and they say that if anybody dug down deep enough into the earth they would find some boxes of jewels that he hid, but nobody has ever dug for it.
