The people long ago had three meals a day, and they were called breakfast, dinner and supper. The breakfast was eaten at four or five o'clock in the morning, the dinner was eaten at twelve o'clock mid-day, the supper was eaten at six o'clock in the evening. The people long ago got up and worked before they got their breakfast. They had potatoes and sometimes porridge for their breakfast, and they drank milk with it. They always had potatoes for their dinner. The table was mostly placed against the wall.
