  1. Potatoe cake is made with potatoes flour and salt. It is cut into eight three corner pieces. They were baked on a griddle and cooked slowly. The pan cake is made with flour and new milk. It is very thin and it cooked in about five minutes. The oaten cake was made with oaten meal salt milk and soda when it was cooked it was very hard.
