Ar an leathanach seo
- In olden times the people had three meals per day. The breakfast, dinner, and supper. They used to eat porridge with sugar on the top of it. They had potatoes and salt and sometimes new milk. They used to eat Indian porridge and milk if they had it. They went to bed about half ten. In hot weather the drink they used was buttermilk and some seeds put through it. They drank it out of a vessel like a saucepan, only it was made of wood.
