  1. Down in the County Leitrim there are ruins of an old castle. It is called Cloncorick Castle. The O Rourkes of Breffni used to live in that castle. They were chiefs. The doors and slates are being sold off it. A couple of farmers from this part of the country bought doors and slates that belonged to this castle. The windows were sold off it. I saw some of the doors and slates that were in it. Every bit of timber that was of any use was sold out of it. There is nothing standing there now but the ruins of the old castle. There are ruins of an old house in one of our fields. They were Duffys who lived in it. It was a mud wall house. It was a thatched
