After that the ground is dug into ridges with a loy Then the potatoes are stuck with a steeveen. After three weeks the furrows are ploughed and the mold is put up on the ridges with a shovel. The most successful potato in this part of the country is the Kerr Pink. It is a pink potato and very strong that is why it is easy grown. People like the champion for eating but it is not sure for a good crop.
