    most of them on a Monday. These two days were called the "Sheelas". The people used to say that Monday was a very unlucky day for building houses or doing any work with sand. They used to say that Saturday was the lucky day for building. Before two o'clock on Wednesday the old people used to go to their neighbour's houses and sit there until after 4 o'clock and when they would be leaving they used to always bring some little iron thing with them for luck on their journey home.
