After twelve o'clock at night ghosts are seen on this fort. It is said that nobody should go out into this field after twelve, if so the fairies will keep them for three days.

  3. In the townsland of Kiltubber there is a field belonging to Bernard Carty and there is a pass-way for the fairies in it. If you were passing through this field at night your name would be whispered into your ear. There is also a stray in that field.
