    Gold was hidden long ago in forts by the Danes and the people of long ago.
    Several people searched for it but they got none.
    Old people suppose the hidden treasures consist of gold and valuable vessels.
    The treasures are not of much value but it is a great boon to find them.
    I haven't heard of any buried treasures been discovered in my district.
    We have heard of the Danes and fairies having secret hoards in forts and caves. The animals and supernatural guardians are supposed to safeguard the hidden treasures.
    There are lights supposed to be seen round fairy forts where the hidden treasures are.
