    Chilblains
    1. 1 Pint sweet oil, turpantine ½ oz lard, 3 ozs beeswax. Put in saucepan over a gentle heat. stir with a bone spoon. Simmer for a few minutes. Tear a linen rag into the mixture. Pour on iron pan and heat for a few minutes and put on Chilblains
    To Draw a boil
    1. The rough side of an ivy leaf or a cabbage leaf will draw a boil and the smooth side will heal it.
    Goitre
    Goats liver boiled with herbs and taken while fasting

    Roast a rasin and press it into ear when very hot.

    Garlic boiled in milk and drank.
