Ar an leathanach seo

  1. Nobody in our time is reported as having come in contact with fairies. There is however a pretty strong faith in the visitation of the Banshee. This belief was shaken from time to time by the discovery that the supposed eerie cry of the dreaded visitor from the world beyond the grave was produced by one of the village dogs or cats in a fit of depression. Most people in Athboy have heard the Banshee's cry and a very large percentage believe in it.
