Ar an leathanach seo
- The 17th March is St. Patrick's Day. The people wear shamrock on that day. There is also Irish music, and Irish concerts that day.
- On Shrove Tuesday all the people make some pan-cakes. There is a ring put in them and children have great fun trying to get the ring.
- On St Brigid's Day the children dress up the dash of a churn, and go from house to house with it. They dance with the dash in their hands. This is called the Brideóg. This custom is not carried out in my district at present.
- On Ash Wednesday the people go to the Church to get Blessed ashes on their(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
