When they have travelled a long distance they all go home. The leader carries the box home with him. Then he sets the bird free. Before doing so he ties a piece of coloured string to its leg. If he saw the bird again he would know him. The crowd comes together the following night. They divide the money evenly. Sometimes they arrange to have a dance.
