- About sixty or seventy years ago, there lived a very simple holy girl in [unsure]town.
She got bad late one night and a messenger was sent for Father Eugene who was curate in this parish at the time.
The priest got up and went across the fields with him.
When suddenly he stood as he saw a bright light go up into the sky from the direction where she lived.
The priest exclaimed "she's gone".
When he arrived at the house she was dead and the light was her soul going to Heaven.
