  1. When a dog is getting blind and old a cure to stop the blindness is to boil an ivy leaf and put the stem of the ivy leaf at the dog's eye lash & keep pushing back the ivy leaf.
    A cure for a sty in the eye is to get cold tea & bathe the sty with the cold tea & it will cure it.
    If iodine is put on a boil before a top comes on it it will cure the boil in a couple of days.
    Celery eaten raw or boiled will cure chilblains.
    If vaseline is put around a boil it will stop more boils coming.
    There is a cure for any one that is dying. If you get cinders & boil them, then throw them out & then boil them again. Give a cupful or two of the water to the dying person & it will cure him.
