  1. We have a churn at home. It is on a stand and the stand is three feet high.
The churn is three feet high and four feet in circumference. The top and bottom are the same width.
    It is sixteen years old.
The various parts are called the lid, the rubber, two "patent" fastness, the churn, the handle, the stand and the plug.
There is an apparatus on the bottom of the churn for boiling water to keep the cream warm on a cold day.
On the bottom of the churn is written "Victoria churn", Waide and sons Leeds. We churn twice a week in Winter and Summer.
