When it is cleaned well a pot of cold water is put into it to rinse it. The the churn staff and the board are washed and cleaned. The the cream is put into the churn, the staff and the board are put on the top of the churn. About a half an hour it takes to make the churn. When it is made, it is taken out gathered and washed three times.
