- No. 3. About twenty years ago the Parish Priest of Kilmihil employed a man named Tom Connors to paint the inside of the Church. Tom began to paint and while he worked he whistled to amuse himself. while the work was in progress Fr. Hayes, P.P. came in and Tom was whistling "the Blackbird."
