“A very long time ago there was a man and he had to pass through a graveyard to go to his work.”
A very long time ago there was a man and he had to pass through a graveyard to go to his work. When he used to be going home at night in the winter it used to be very dark. He was a very nervous man, and was afraid of the dark.
When he used to get inside the gate of the graveyard he started to pray. This is what he used to say, "The Lord have mercy on all the dead Protestants and Catholics." He kept saying this until he got safely out of the graveyard.- Bailitheoir
